Two Skys – Privacy Policy

We keep this simple because we are simple people.
Our commitment
We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We work with a small number of vetted service providers to run our games, communications, and security systems — none of them are authorized to use your data for their own marketing or to share it with anyone else. The sections below tell you exactly who they are and what they see.
What we collect (all Two Skys titles)
We collect your email address when you sign up for a Two Skys account, log into one of our games, or to participate in one of our competitions.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you a confirmation when you sign up, and to send Two Skys’ title and competition updates if you’ve opted in. We do not use your email for advertising, profiling, tracking, or any purpose beyond what you’ve opted into.
Who handles your data
- Database & Auth: Stored securely via Supabase, which handles our database and authentication infrastructure.
- Email Communications: Delivered via MailerLite, which handles output of our emails.
- Platform Services: Google Play Services (Android) and Apple App Store Services (iOS).
These are reputable vendors. None of them are authorized to use your data for their own marketing or to share it with others.
How long we keep it & account deletion
We retain your email for as long as your account remains active.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via our contact page. Upon request, your account record and personal data will be deleted promptly, except for TouchDown tester activity data, which is retained for a limited period as described in the TouchDown section below.
Your rights & data practices
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Just reach out and we will handle it without fuss.
- No Data Sales or Third-Party Marketing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
- No Tracking: We do not track you across other apps, websites, or third-party services, nor do we use your data for targeted advertising.
Children’s privacy
Two Skys games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
TouchDown (game-specific disclosures)
TouchDown is our competitive arcade game, and it collects a bit more than the general account data above in order to run leaderboards and competitions fairly and keep them free of cheating:
- Display Name: The name you choose is shown on leaderboards and to other players.
- Gameplay Data: Your best checkpoint, best time, and session activity, used to run the leaderboard/competition and to help us investigate and fix bugs when the game crashes.
- Device & Security Signals: We use Google Play Services (Play Integrity API) on Android and Apple’s App Attest on iOS to confirm you’re playing a genuine, unmodified copy of the game. This is required to submit a competition entry and keep play fair for everyone.
- Approximate Location (Testers Only): During closed testing periods, we use your IP address to determine an approximate location (city/region level via ip-api.com) solely to help us review tester activity. This does not apply outside the testing program.
Tester data retention
If you take part in a TouchDown testing round, the tester activity data described above (gameplay and crash activity, display name history, and approximate location) is retained for up to 2 months after that testing round ends — even if you delete your account before then — so we can properly review and act on testing feedback. After that period, this data is deleted.
